Aldwell Partners LLC (Aldwell Partners, we, us) is a limited liability company formed in the State of Wyoming, with its registered office at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. These terms govern your use of this website and of any material published on it.
No advisory, brokerage or investment relationship
Aldwell Partners provides financial modeling, valuation, investor materials and transaction support to advisory firms and their clients. We are not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser or placement agent. We do not solicit investors, place or sell securities, and we do not hold client funds.
Nothing on this site is an offer to buy or sell any security, a solicitation of any investment, or investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. No fiduciary relationship arises from your use of the site.
The information here is general
The content of this site describes our services in general terms. It is not a recommendation and should not be relied upon in connection with any transaction. Mandate summaries, figures and case descriptions are illustrative and anonymised, and no past result predicts a future one.
Engagements are governed by a written agreement
No client relationship arises from your use of this site or from an enquiry sent through it. Every engagement is governed by a written engagement letter and a mutual non-disclosure agreement.
Until an agreement is signed, material you send us is not treated as confidential. Please do not send confidential or price-sensitive information through this site before that point.
Intellectual property
The text, layout, graphics, marks and logos on this site are owned by Aldwell Partners LLC or used under licence, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and print pages for your own reference.
